Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has gone into production, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept cancellations or changes once production has started.
However, if you contact us quickly before the 11am ET cutoff time, we may still be able to cancel your order.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4.90 for orders under $69.
Orders of $69 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can use that link to follow your package. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us and we’ll help you check the status.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed and shipped from the United States through our trusted production partner.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Outlying Islands.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 11am ET may ship sooner, while orders placed after 11am ET, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Typical total delivery time is 3–8 business days, including processing and transit.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Outlying Islands may take an additional 2–5 business days.
During peak seasons or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Do you accept returns?
Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, personal preference, or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements are available only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.
In most cases, no return is required. If a return is needed for an eligible issue, we’ll provide instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue.
We will provide a refund or replacement for eligible issues.
Replacements apply only to damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are not exchanges.
In most cases, you do not need to return the item. If a return is required for an eligible issue, we’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping.
Do you accept exchanges?
No. Exchanges are not accepted.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing.
Please check the size chart before ordering. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
