If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return shipping cost: Free, if a return is required for an eligible issue
Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, personal preference, or change of mind.

You’re eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You contact us within 30 days of delivery
- If a return is requested, the item must be unused and in original condition
Replacements apply only to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. They are not exchanges.
How to request a refund or replacement
Please email us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
Do I need to return the item?
In most cases, you do not need to return the item. A clear photo is usually enough to resolve the issue.
If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. If the return is for an eligible issue, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
